Step 1: In one Google Sheet, create three tabs:

Step 2: Go to Extensions → Apps Script and paste:
Step 3: Near the top of the script, change ADMIN_KEY to a private password only you know — this protects the Admin panel on the website.
Step 4: Deploy as a Web App (Execute as: Me, Access: Anyone). Copy the URL. The first run will ask you to authorise Gmail, Drive & Calendar access — this is needed so the script can email quotes, store inspiration photos, and add bookings to your Google Calendar.
Step 5: In this HTML file, replace YOUR_APPS_SCRIPT_URL_HERE with your URL.
Booking emails & confirmation: a new booking is saved as "Pending" and sends two branded emails — a notification to castinecreations.enquiries@gmail.com and a "request received, pending confirmation" email to the client. Nothing is added to any calendar yet. Only when you click Confirm on that booking in the Admin panel does it get added to the Google Calendar of whichever account owns this script and appear on the website's public availability calendar — at the same time, the client gets a "Your event is confirmed!" email. Clicking Cancel afterwards removes the Calendar event again.
How quotes work: unit prices are fixed — only quantities change with guest count, matching Castine's real "Standard Décor" quotation. A quote request emails castinecreations.enquiries@gmail.com a branded, fully itemised summary (grouped by section, plus the Extras — Additions By Choice reference list and Terms & Conditions) with a "Review & Send Quote" button. Clicking it opens an editable review page — nothing is sent to the client yet. There you can adjust quantities and unit costs per line (the total recalculates live), then either Approve & Send PDF (builds a matching branded PDF with the same sections/extras/terms, emails it to the client, saves a copy to Drive) or Reject Quote (marks it rejected, nothing goes out). The preview script below shows the general logic but leaves out the long logo image data and the full review-page HTML/CSS for brevity — use the full, ready-to-paste Code.gs file (shared alongside this site), which already has everything filled in.
Admin panel: click the small "Admin" link in the bottom-right corner of the website, enter your ADMIN_KEY, and you'll see every booking, quote and feedback entry. Bookings get Confirm/Cancel buttons (see above). In the Quotes tab, any quote that hasn't been sent yet has an Edit button — a simpler inline editor (label, quantity, unit cost per line; the amount is always quantity × unit cost, never entered directly, to keep unit prices consistent). Use Save Changes to update the quote without sending it, or Save & Send PDF to update it and email the branded PDF straight away.
Featured reviews: feedback you approve in the Admin panel automatically appears in the "What Our Clients Say" section on the website.
Note: the "Review & Send Quote" link emailed to you includes your ADMIN_KEY so it can open the review page directly. That's fine since the email only ever goes to your own inbox — but it's a reason to still treat your ADMIN_KEY as private and change it if you ever suspect it's leaked.
